International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) is advising the logistics property developer Panattoni Europe on the development of a logistics centre for Dachser in Überherrn, Germany. The complex will be built on a site of approx. 24,000 square metres and have a usable floor area of 11,130 square metres comprising 10,530 square metres of warehousing and 600 square metres of office space.
Dachser has one logistics centre in Saarland already. As long-term tenant of the new property, the logistics group will be able to expand its range of services in this location to include contract logistics, the efficient co-ordination of transport, warehousing and value-added services. The completion of the entire facility is scheduled for the end of October this year.

Boris Strauch, Partner in the Frankfurt office of BLP, is advising Panattoni Europe on this project. He has been working for the company for many years on a number of other projects as well. He is a recognised industry expert in public law, covering environmental, planning and infrastructure law and regularly advises developers and institutional investors on all real estate matters.
