Our lawyers have assisted Zephyr and Norsk Vind Energi in connection with the sale of wind farm Tellenes in Rogaland. Google will acquire the entire power production to supply its European data centers.

The Thommessen team which has assisted Zephyr and Norsk Vind Energi has been headed by Bendik Christoffersen and Jacob F Bull. The project will be project financed by a bank club consisting of Rabobank, Dekabank and EKF. In addition to the transaction, Thommessen has assisted in the structuring of the project company an all material project documents, including TSA, BoP, PPA/EPA, land owner agreements etc.

In 2014 the building license was in place, and the project is scheduled to be completed towards the end of 2017. The farm will have 50 turbines with a total installed capacity of 160 MW.
