Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Priveq and other owners in connection with its divestment of Internatural AB to Midsona AB (publ).

Priveq and the other minority shareholders have divested Internatural AB (“Internatural”) and its subsidiaries to Midsona AB (publ). Internatural is, together with its subsidiaries Kung Markatta AB and Alma Norge AS, a leading independent actor within distribution and marketing of organic, plant-based and natural foods in Sweden and Norway. Internatural distributes for example its own brands Kung Markatta (Sweden) and Helios (Norway), and also external brands such as the market leaders Alpro and Yogi Tea.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised Priveq and the other sellers with a team consisting of Partner Bob Johanson, and Associates Jonas Hämälä and Jeanette Jönsson.
