Hong Kong (14 July, 2016) - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. (“Greentown Service Group”) in its US$180 million global offering and IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Merrill Lynch and BOCI Asia Limited acted as joint sponsors, together with Haitong International Securities Company Limited and Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited as joint global coordinators.

Greentown Service Group is a leading high-end residential property management service provider in China. According to China Index Academy, it ranked the first among high-end residential property management service providers in China in 2014.
