BFCM (Crédit Mutuel Group) completes the acquisition of General Electric’s leasing and factoring business in France and Germany

Further to the approvals by the European Commission, the European Central Bank, ACPR and BaFin, BFCM announces having completed the acquisition of General Electric’s leasing and factoring businesses in France and Germany on 20th July 2016.

The leasing and factoring businesses in Germany will be operated under the name “Targo Commercial Finance” and in France respectively under the names “CM-CIC Leasing Solutions” and “Factofrance”.
