NautaDutilh recently assisted the Brussels-Capital Region with an 18-year lease of the Belair building.

The Belair building will house the newly created BPS (Brussels Prevention Security) service. The building has 9,500 m² of office space, 35 parking places and an archival area of 3,700 m².

The team, led by Vincent Ost and supported by Maxime Vanderstraeten and Julie Salteur, assisted the Brussels-Capital Region with all aspects of the process (e.g. procurement issues, comparison of the offers, negotiation of the lease, drafting of administrative decisions, etc.).
