IK Investment Partners today announced the acquisition of Ellab A/S, a leading manufacturer of thermal validation solutions, primarily used for validation for food and pharmaceutical industries from a group of private investors. The investment is IK Investment Partners' first investment in the newly founded IK VIII Fund. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
