Safic-Alcan, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals with headquarter in Puteaux, France, has acquired the remaining 50 % of the share capital in Safic-Alcan Nordic, which now becomes a wholly owned subsidiary.

Safic-Alcan Nordic is a Swedish company which delivers chemical solutions and products in the Nordic countries and Baltics. The company conducts modern agency and distribution business from a headquarter in Kungsbacka and from a number of local warehouses in the Nordic countries. Safic-Alcan Nordic is one of the largest distributors of plastic and rubber material on the Nordic and Baltic market.
