WFW advises HSH Nordbank AG on €29.6m windfarm project financing in France

International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW“) has advised German bank, HSH Nordbank AG in connection with the financing of the 12.5 MW capacity Mont d’Erny windfarm by means of a €29.6 million loan. The project was developed by Nordex and sponsored through an investment fund managed by Rive Private Investment (group 123Venture & Elyseum Investment).

Located in the Hauts-de-France region of the country (formerly Nord-Pas-de-Calais-Picardie), construction has begun at Mont d’Erny and the windfarm is scheduled to go live in the second quarter of 2017.

WFW advised HSH Nordbank AG on the drafting of all financing documents and assisted the bank during the legal due diligence process.
