Global lifestyle marketing agency MKTG will launch on the German market with the acquisition of Düsseldorf-based agency Markenloft.
Frankfurt—Global law firm Dentons advised Dentsu Aegis Network on its acquisition of Markenloft, a German lifestyle marketing agency. Through this deal, Dentsu Aegis Network will launch its international creative agency MKTG in Germany, a strategic growth market for the company. Markenloft will be fully integrated into MKTG to strengthen the agency’s global brand and lifestyle offering.
The completion of the acquisition is still subject to regulatory approval. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
With more than 32,000 employees in over 145 countries, Dentsu Aegis Network is one of the world’s leading marketing and communications networks and an umbrella brand for several global networking brands, including MTKG. The brand marketing and lifestyle agency Markenloft was established in Düsseldorf in 2008. Employing more than 30 employees, the agency looks after clients such as VELTINS and Deichmann.
