Taylor Wessing advises Notonthehighstreet.com on £21m Series E fundraising round

International technology law firm Taylor Wessing has advised new client Notonthehighstreet.com on its £21m Series E fundraising round. The round was led by Hubert Burda Media – one of Europe’s leading media and technology companies – with additional support from Notonthehighstreet.com’s existing investors including Index Ventures, Industry Ventures and Eight Roads Ventures.

Notonthehighstreet.com is the UK’s leading market place for small creative businesses, connecting 5,000 of these businesses with customers around the world looking for unique, high quality and innovative products. The company, which has achieved double digit growth every year since it was founded in 2006, has been recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies previously winning Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 UK. The company has also been included in the prestigious LSEG 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2015 and is part of the Future Fifty. The business is led by Simon Belsham, CEO, who joined in 2015.
