The aggregates company Sand & Grus AB Jehander has divested its business within Region West to Swerock AB, a company within the PEAB Group. Through the transaction Sand & Grus AB Jehander divested its quarries Kållered, Kilanda Kuleskog and Fjärås, and all thereto related assets, to Swerock AB.
Jehander is a member of HeidelbergCement Group, which is the global market leader in aggregates and a prominent player in the fields of cement, concrete and other downstream activities, making it one of the world’s largest manufacturers of building materials. The company employs some 60,000 people in 60 countries.
Jehander and HeidelbergCement was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Peter Linderoth and included Isabel Lindeberg, Anna Bryngelsson and Matilda Fridh.
