We advised Nordea in a transaction where they financed the acquisitions of a Finnish logistics portfolio located in Southern Finland and an office portfolio located in Helsinki by NREP Nordic Strategies Fund II, a fund managed by NREP. The portfolios were acquired from Aberdeen and A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy.
