Baker & McKenzie has advised Sundance Energy Australia Limited, an ASX-listed Australian corporation with oil & gas operations in the United States, on the listing of its shares, as represented by American Depositary Receipts, on Nasdaq.

Sydney-based US Corporate Partner Andrew Reilly led the transaction with support from associates Heath Trisdale in Houston and Anna Kramer in Sydney.
