Eversheds has advised property developer PH Homes on its land acquisition at Alderley Park from Bruntwood and Manchester Science Partnership (MSP).

The scheme represents the first residential phase of the £160m masterplan at Alderley Park which will eventually see up to 275 homes and new sports and leisure facilities developed at the 400-acre Cheshire site. These projects sit alongside the on-going creation of a 38,000 sq m of state-of-the-art science space which received planning permission from Cheshire East Council earlier this year.

The acquisition will increase PH Homes’ development pipeline to over 150 units with a sales value in excess of £120 million.

The Eversheds team was led by real estate partner Michael Buchanan and included Taslima Salam, partner, and Ian Walsh, principal associate.
