CBRE Global Investors (Dutch Office Fund) has started building the new World Trade Center in Utrecht (WTC Utrecht), adjacent to Utrecht train station (Jaarbeursplein). A team from Houthoff Buruma advised CBRE Global Investors (Dutch Office Fund) on the land transaction with the municipality of Utrecht.
