DLA Piper advises Smart-Core Holdings Limited on its IPO in Hong Kong

DLA Piper has advised Smart-Core Holdings Limited on its successful approximately HK230 million initial public offering on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Smart-Core is a leading distributor of integrated circuit and electronic components headquartered in the PRC. The company believes there will be rapid growth in its field in the future. The Hong Kong tranche was over-subscribed by 15.5 times and the international tranche was moderately over-subscribed.

DLA Piper has a strong track record advising issuers on their listings in Hong Kong. In recent years, the Corporate team has acted on a number of successful IPOs, such as the HK$200 million IPO of China Unienergy Group, the HK$122 million IPO of Human Health, the HK$186 million IPO of Zhuangyuan Pasture, and the HK$706 million IPO of China Greenfresh, with more in the pipe line.
