DLA Piper advises Citwax Investments on its acquisition of Holborn Links

DLA Piper has advised Citwax Investments on its purchase of the Holborn Links Estate, a portfolio of 34 properties comprising 465,000 sq ft in Central London, from a group of investors advised by Triangle Group. Citiwax Investments is owned by Teddy Sagi, a property and technology entrepreneur.

The Holborn Links Estate is a four acre mixed used estate, comprising office, retail and residential properties, located London's mid-town, neighbouring Covent Garden, Soho and Oxford Street. Citwax plans to develop the portfolio to create new quality space for SME and start-up businesses, as well as maintaining its existing mix of tenants.
