Simmons & Simmons has advised Endurance Technologies on the German law related aspects of their IPO on 19 October 2016 at the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.
The international team from the firm’s German and Singapore offices has advised on the listing with regards to the German operations of Endurance Technologies.
