Kirkland & Ellis is advising the Special Committee of NASDAQ-listed Qunar Cayman Islands Limited, China’s leading mobile and online travel platform, in connection with its agreement and plan of merger with Ocean Management Holdings Limited and Ocean Management Merger Sub Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, pursuant to which Qunar will be acquired by Ocean Management Holdings Limited in a transaction implying an equity value of Qunar of approximately US$4.44 billion.
