Milton Keynes—Dentons has recently advised Edgewell Personal Care Holdings UK Limited ("Edgewell"), a UK subsidiary of the US-based Edgewell Personal Care Company, on its acquisition of Bulldog Skincare Holdings Limited ("Bulldog"), the award-winning men’s grooming and skincare products company, and its UK and US subsidiaries.

Edgewell is a leading pure-play consumer products company with an attractive, diversified portfolio of established brand names such as Wilkinson Sword®.  The company has a broad global footprint and operates in more than 50 markets with over 6,000 employees worldwide.

Founded in the UK in 2006, Bulldog offers male skincare products including moisturisers, face washes, shaving gels and creams and body washes.  Bulldog’s products are sold globally with distribution in over 17,000 stores, with its largest markets in the UK, US, Sweden and South Korea.
