Hannes Snellman advised ISS Palvelut Oy, a leading Finnish facility services provider, in its sale of 100% of the shares in ISS Security Oy and the Finnish security business and related assets to Intera Fund III Ky, a private equity fund managed by Intera Partners. In connection with the completion of the transaction, the parties will enter into a cooperation relationship regarding the provision of the integrated facilities services to customers. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
