Simpson Thacher represented Charterhouse Capital Partners in connection with all aspects of the fund raising for Charterhouse Capital Partners X (“CCP X”), a €2.3 billion private equity fund which held a final closing.

CCP X will invest in mid-to-large market buyouts in Western Europe.
