DLA Piper  has advised ABRY Partners and the management sellers on the sale of Thomson Online Benefits to Mercer Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies.

Thomson Online Benefits is a leading global benefits software business with its award-winning Darwin platform having in excess of 1 million users across 80 countries.

The transaction was led by Corporate partner, Anu Balasubramanian, with a core team of senior associate Chris Arnold, associate Edward Coates, Tax partner David Thompson with legal director Lynda Finan and Employment senior associate Katherine Gibson.
