L.P. Pacific Films Sdn. Bhd. is a Malesia-based company that produces and sells phenolic resin impregnated papers to the Asian, Australian, South American and Middle Eastern markets. The acquisition gives Surfactor access to the strategically important Asia-Pacific and South American markets, considerably increasing the company’s growth potential.

Surfactor Germany GmbH is a manufacturer of synthetic resin-impregnated surfaces for the plywood, furniture, transport and construction industries. Its parent company, the Kajo Neukirchen Group, is a German family-owned business specialising in investments in companies, real estate and forestry.
