Linklaters advises Echo Investment on the sale of Warsaw's Q22 office building

Invesco Real Estate fund has become the new owner of the Q22 tower, located in Warsaw at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawla II and ulica Grzybowska, upon purchasing the property from Poland's largest developer, Echo Investment S.A. Linklaters provided comprehensive legal advice and support to the seller in all major legal aspects of the deal. The deal was valued at over PLN 1 billion net.

The acquisition of the state-of-the-art 155-metre office tower situated at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawla II and ulica Grzybowska is another major investment in Warsaw made by the US-based Invesco Real Estate fund. Linklaters has advised Echo Investment from the beginning of the sale process. The legal advice covered all stages of the deal and involved a team of real estate law professionals, including Rafal Zboch, counsel, Judyta Sawicka, senior associate, Kacper Piorecki, associate, Mateusz Cieslak, junior associate and Piotr Zawadzki, senior associate with the TMT/IP team.
