DLA Piper has, in respect to Swedish law, advised shareholders in Dhruva Interactive (P) Ltd on the divestment of 90.5 percent of the shares in the company to Starbreeze AB (publ) for a total purchase price amounting to USD 8.5 million of which USD 7 million will be paid in cash, and USD 1.5 million in the form of newly issued shares in Starbreeze AB (publ).

Dhruva Interactive (P) Ltd is India's leading games developer with 320 employees and develops games for and in co-operation with leading gaming companies in the world. Starbreeze AB (publ) is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier.

An additional earn-out amounting to USD 0.8 million may be paid out. The transaction is conditional upon the approval of foreign ownership by Indian government agencies.
