Dentons assisted AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets on the acquisition - on behalf of clients - of the U7 office building in Assago (Milan) from Polis.

U7 is a modern eight-floor office building with 14,931 sq.m. of Grade A office space, as well as an underground parking garage. The building is located in Assago Milanofiori, a well-established business district in southern Milan with excellent transport connections. It was built in 2007.
