Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (‘Freshfields’) has advised Vectra Co. (‘Vectra’) on the completion of the sale of its Borchers business division to affiliates of the U.S.-based private equity firm, The Jordan Company, L.P. (‘Jordan’).

A portfolio company of Apollo Global, Vectra is a leading, technology-driven, diversified industrial firm, serving global markets. Its products are used in the automotive sector, in electronic devices, in the aerospace and defence industries, and for industrial and medical purposes. Borchers develops cutting-edge technical know-how that provides custom solutions across a full range of services relating to additives for colorants and coatings.
