Norwegian Visma Group makes a further acquisition in Denmark by taking over Danish LogBuy, a provider of employee benefits programmes for private and public enterprises. LETT advised Visma in connection with the acquisition.

LogBuy provides discounts and offers to employees of major enterprises and organisations through its benefits portal (www.logbuy.com), where employees of the client enterprises get access to discounts on everything from shopping and culture to travel and restaurants. In Denmark, LogBuy will be incorporated as one of the brands that have in recent years become part of the Visma Group.

In addition to the ‘e-conomic’ and ‘Dinero’ accounting systems, the brands include ‘Sproom’, which develops electronic invoicing solutions, and ‘SmartScan’, which has developed a functionality enabling the intelligent scanning of documents.
