Eversheds Sutherland recently acted for Lifes2Good on the sale of its Viviscal hair care business to Church & Dwight, a listed US company and the owner of brands including Arm & Hammer. Lifes2Good is a Galway based company with offices in Chicago, London, Canada, Australia and Portugal.
