Sidley represented TowerBrook Capital Partners on its acquisition of the majority of shares in Van Dijk Educatie (VDE), the Netherlands’ largest provider of learning materials. The investment will accelerate the education company’s national and international growth strategy.

The London-based Sidley Private Equity team comprises partners Christian Iwasko, Sava Savov, Fatema Orjela and associates Isabel Berger, Maud Graves, Rajal Patel and Michelle Tong.
