Vinge has advised Christian Berner Tech Trade AB ("CBTT") in conjunction with its acquisition of Fillflex AB. Pursuant to the acquisition, CBTT has strengthened its position within fluid replacement products on the Nordic market. The acquisition is CBTT’s first since its listing on First North.
