Osborne Clarke has advised Shore Capital and Cenkos Securities on the successful £105 million IPO of UP Global Sourcing Holdings plc (Ultimate Products), the innovative consumer goods group, on the premium listing segment of the Official List and main market of the London Stock Exchange. The IPO raised approximately £53 million for the selling shareholders.

Shore Capital is acting as Sponsor, Global Co-ordinator and Bookrunner to Ultimate Products and Cenkos is acting as Joint Bookrunner.

Conditional dealings in the shares commence today, 1 March 2017, with unconditional dealings and admission becoming effective on 6 March 2017.
