DLA Piper advised Saranen Consulting on its acquisition of TG Talent Gate.

Saranen Consulting is a member of Barona Group and provides recruitment training programs and personnel outplacement services on the Finnish market. Talent Gate provides outplacement services, FEC (Further Educated with Companies) programs as well as other recruitment services and tailored business training services.
