Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BZ WBK S.A. and Berenberg, as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and DM BOS as Offering Co-manager, on the PLN 508 million (approximately EU118 million) initial public offering and admission to trading of shares in Griffin Premium RE on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The debut, on April 13, 2017, is the biggest on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2013 and Griffin Premium RE, the first Real Estate Investment Trust-type company in Poland, will invest funds generated by the offering in new projects.
The transaction was carried out via an IPO in Poland addressed to individual and institutional investors, and in the form of a private offering addressed to institutional investors in other jurisdictions outside the United States, in accordance with Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The prospectus was approved by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets and passported into Poland by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
