Pinsent Masons has advised Rcapital, in relation to its backing of property consultancy, Cluttons LLP

The UK based private investor has entered into a partnership with Cluttons to support its corporate restructuring and future growth. Cluttons has around 450 employees and 32 partners and a strong presence in the UK and multi-service international offices in UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
