King & Wood Mallesons has advised Bingo Industries Limited (Bingo) on its $439.5 million initial public offering and listing on ASX. Bingo is a leading waste management and recycling company operating predominantly in New South Wales, Australia, with capabilities across the waste collection, processing, separation and recycling components of the waste value chain.
