DLA Piper has advised Beyond Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in EBERTLANG Distribution GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Beyond Capital Partners is a holding company focusing on the acquisition of majorities in profitable medium-sized companies from the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Together with Beyond Capital Partners, EBERTLANG Distribution GmbH plans to open up new market segments and extend its geographical reach over the coming years. The founders and co-shareholders of EBERTLANG Distribution GmbH, Steffen Ebert and Volker Lang, who have successfully built the company, will still be responsible for the management.

EBERTLANG Distribution GmbH is a leading IT specialist in the German-speaking countries. The company specialises in the distribution of intelligent software in the infrastructure sector.
