Taylor Wessing has advised Rutland Partners on its investment in Omar Group, the UK’s leading designer and manufacturer of park homes and luxury lodges.
Omar represents an exciting scale opportunity for Rutland to support Dean Westmoreland and an experienced management team to further expand and build on the current operational and expansion plans for the business.
Private equity partner Edward Waldron together with senior associates Jonny Bethel and Suzy Penney and associate Catherine Williams led on the transaction.
