Osborne Clarke has advised the founder shareholders and senior managers of Network Mapping Group Limited (NM Group) on its sale to Trimble.

NM Group is a specialist service provider of asset management, survey and mapping solutions to the power sector.  The acquisition will expand Trimble’s energy solutions portfolio to provide high-value data modelling and 3D visualisation services for the utilities industry.

The Corporate team from Osborne Clarke that advised on the transaction was led by Partner Mark Spinner, with support from Associate Alex Pritchard and Trainee Solicitor Sarah Mitchell. Partner Michael Bell and Associate Kirsten Banks from the Tax team also assisted.
