Vinge has advised Nalka Strukturfond AB in connection with its acquisition of CL Intressenter AB (“Cibes”) from R12 Kapital Fund I AB as well as a number of minority owners. Cibes is a leading manufacturer of platform lifts with its headquarters in Gävle, Sweden, and with global operations. The transaction is subject to relevant approval from competition authorities.
