Setterwalls has been the legal adviser to Saniona AB (publ) in connection with the listing of Saniona’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. Saniona was listed on AktieTorget in April 2014 and on Nasdaq Firth North Premier in May 2016. The first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm was 15 June 2017.

Saniona is a research and development company focused on drugs for diseases of the central nervous system, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases and treatment of pain. The company has a significant portfolio of potential drug candidates at pre-clinical and clinical stage. The research is focused on ion channels, which makes up a unique protein class that enables and controls the passage of charged ions across cell membranes.

Setterwalls' team was led by Ola Grahn and consisted mainly of Alex Källberg (equity capital markets), Josefin Nyqvist (M&A), Per Lidman (intellectual property law), Helena Nilsson (life sciences) and Carl-Johan Bune (TMT).
