DLA Piper represented staffing and recruitment software provider Bond International Software and private equity firm Symphony Technology Group (STG) in the acquisition of Erecruit, an enterprise staffing software platform from North Bridge Growth Equity.
The transaction combines Erecruit's integrated vendor management system, onboarding and staffing solutions with Bond International's staffing and recruitment software. The combined company will have a geographic reach across the United States, Europe and Asia with products that serve staffing firms of all sizes across the professional, commercial and healthcare sectors.
STG gains the majority stake in the merged company and North Bride Growth Equity will retain minority ownership. Concurrently with the acquisition, DLA Piper represented Bond International in a refinancing of its credit facilities.
