Baker McKenzie advises Carnegie and SEB on private placement in Mr Green

Mr Green & Co AB has carried out a private placement of five million new shares and one million existing shares. The new issue will raise SEK 195 for the company before deductions for transaction costs. The funds will be used to finance and enable continued expansion; both organic and by way of acquisition.

It is expected that trading in the new shares will start around 16 June 2017.

Mr Green is a leading, online gambling company with business in twelve countries. Their business concept is to provide entertainment and a first-class gambling experience in a responsible environment. The business was founded in 2007 and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main list.

Carnegie Investment Bank was the Global Coordinator and SEB was the Bookrunner in conjunction with the issue. Baker McKenzie was the legal advisor to Carnegie and SEB. The main participant from Baker McKenzie was Joakim Falkner assisted by Linnea Back, Henric Roth and Ian Gulam.
