Clifford Chance has advised EMH Partners on the successful closing of the EMH Digital Growth Fund. With a size of EUR 350 million, the Fund reached its hard cap and is one of the largest funds in the European growth segment.
The Fund targets growth-stage mid-market companies from various industries in Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH region. EMH's focus is on supporting the digitalization of the German Mittelstand.
EMH Partners was founded by Maximilian and Sebastian Kuss, entrepreneurs in the digital economy with a successful 15 year track record who are supported by other entrepreneurs and financial experts based in Munich and London.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Sonya Pauls and comprised senior associate Fionnuala O'Brien and associates Eva Leichsenring and Michael Gilmour (all Corporate/Private Equity, Munich). The Corporate team was supported by partner Dr Jan Grabbe and associate Dr Andrius Bielinis on tax matters (Funds Tax, Frankfurt).
