The Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market (“MARF”) has registered a new promissory-note program for Fluidra with a maximum outstanding value of €50 million, enabling the company to issue these short-term instruments during one year from the date of the program's registration.
It is the 17th promissory-note program registered with MARF which, this year, for the first time since its creation in 2013, has achieved an outstanding value exceeding €1 billion.
Cuatrecasas advised Fluidra through a team led by partner Ana M. Gamazo (Corporate Finance), partner socio Javier Rodríguez (Tax) and associate Juan Fernando Takano (Corporate Finance) among others.
Fluidra is the dominant company in a corporate group whose main activity is manufacturing and marketing products, accessories and machinery for swimming pools, and for irrigation, water treatment and water purification for residential, commercial and public means.
