Vinge advises OptiGroup AB (former Papyrus Holding AB) in connection with its acquisition of Stadsing A/S. Stadsing is one of the leading suppliers of cleaning, hygiene and facility supplies in Denmark. The transaction was completed following approval from the Danish competition authority.
