Dentons has advised WISAG Aviation Service Holding GmbH on its successful application for the concession for ground handling services at Frankfurt Airport. On Tuesday, the State of Hesse granted WISAG Aviation Service the only additional ground service provider license. On the basis of this contract, the company will provide services such as loading of freight and mail, baggage services and passenger transport in addition to Fraport AG at Germany’s largest airport from November 1, 2017.

WISAG Aviation Service is part of the WISAG group, headquartered in Frankfurt. The company has done business in the aviation industry since 1982, starting with aircraft cleaning at Frankfurt Airport.
