Baker McKenzie advised JSC Freight Village Kaluga in connection with establishing a joint venture with PJSC Transcontainer. The new joint venture, LLC Freight Village Kaluga Sever, will operate two multi-module transport and logistics hubs in the Kaluga region (Vorsino and Rosva).

The Baker McKenzie team was led by Moscow partner Sergey Krokhalev with key input from associates Alexander Fedotov, Fedor Mukhodanov, Kirill Svetlov and Olga Komleva.

The deal was completed within a short time frame and offers new opportunities for the future development of a major railway transport hub located close to Moscow.
